Flaxseed Fibre has many health benefits as it is rich in alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), omega-3, and lignans, which have powerful antioxidant properties. Flaxseed Fibre also provides a source of high-quality dietary fibre, which supports digestive health and regularity.
