Say hello to our favourite Summer tipple: Strawberry Collagen Tonic

DIY Strawberry Collagen Beauty Tonic
Ingredients
- 1 serving (11 grams) of Pro You Marine Collagen Beauty Blend
- 1/4 cup of water
- Juice from 1 grapefruit
- 1 tsp honey or other sweetener (optional)
- 5 Strawberries
- 1/4 Cucumber
- Small bunch of mint (keep spare for garnish)
- Sparkling water
Method
- In a glass, stir together Collagen Blend, water, lemon and sweetener (if using)
- Blend strawberries, cucumber and mint
- Push blended mixture through a sieve and add liquid to the glass
- Add ice, top with sparkling water, garnish with extra mint!
