Green smoothie with immunity-boosting kiwifruit and orange
Ingredients
- 3 small kiwifruit, skin removed and chopped
- 2 handfuls spinach
- Juice of 1 large orange
- 1 cup ice-cold water or coconut water
- 1/2 banana
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup or natural sweetener of your choice
Method
Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz. This recipe makes 1 x serve.

You can supercharge the recipe by adding additional supplements of your choosing like greens powder or collagen (watch this space). Top with chopped kiwifruit, desiccated coconut, chia seeds, or basil seeds. Enjoy!
