Strawberry Vanilla Adaptogen Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 fresh or frozen banana
- 1 heaped cup of frozen strawberries
- 1 cup of All Good Oat Milk (+ extra to top up the blender if required)
- 2 teaspoons of Seleno Health Organic Maca
- 2 x 30g serves of Pro You Protein Blend
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz. Add more oat milk if required.
